01The problem

The school sends home an exam timetable and a list of topics. Then what?

Most parents end up assembling a plan from PDFs, photos of worksheets, ChatGPT outputs, and a half-finished spreadsheet. It eats weekends. Exams are looming around the corner.

  • The timetable arrives as a PDF. Nobody turns it into a schedule.
  • The topics are buried in the school website.
  • Generic revision apps don't know your kid's free time, their motivation or pace.
02How it works

Three steps. Then DewBee does the rest.

  1. 01

    Upload what school sent

Drop in everything school sends you. Photos and emails work too.

  2. 02

    We extract the topics

DewBee reads the topic list and timetable, board by board, paper by paper.

  3. 03

    Your kid follows the plan

A tailored revision plan, paced to your week. Live on both your phones.

03What you get

A plan your kid will actually follow.

School-built

From what school actually teaches

Two-file ingest plus UK exam-board fluency. AQA, Edexcel, OCR, WJEC: the right topics, in the right order, for the right paper.

Together

Live on both your phones

Bidirectional realtime sync. Your kid ticks a topic done — you see it. You shift a session — their plan adapts.

Tailored

Tuned to your kid

Bespoke scheduler — daily time, confidence per subject, days off, holidays, exam blocks. The plan adapts as their week changes.

04Why we're building this

A note from the founder

t started with a spreadsheet. Their topics, an exam timetable, and a lot of weekends ahead. I tried to build a plan in Excel. Several hours later, I gave up. DewBee is what I wish I'd had — a tool that reads what school sent home. It turns the pile into a plan we can both follow. I built it so parents get peace of mind and their kids get off to a great start.

06Questions

Stuff parents ask.

How much will DewBee cost?

We're testing pricing with early adopters — somewhere between £5 and £10 a month. Founding families lock in the lowest tier for life.

Does it work with my kid's exam board?

Yes — AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC are all covered. Drop the exam schedule in and DewBee reads the board and paper structure automatically.

What data do you collect?

Just your email at signup. Your documents stay yours — we process them to build your plan, not to train models. Hosted in the EU. Full detail on the privacy page.

Is this an AI thing?

DewBee uses machine processing to read your school's content guide and turn it into a plan. The plan logic is rules-based and parent-tunable. No mystery box.

Who owns the plan?

You do. Cancel and your plan stays accessible for 30 days before deletion.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — anything inside 30 days, no questions. The point is to make revision easier, not lock you in.
